We are based in Nepal

No, we don't have any official physical store for now, but we plan to open soon.

No worries! Just walk over using our mobile app or you can simply contact us at returns@nakkale.com right away and we'll help guide you through the process - we'll send you a prepaid mailer to send the item back.

You can use the support ticket if you have feedback and any questions about the products or you can contact us through email depending on the type of service you are looking for. (note: check the About Us page for email details)

We accept Cash On Delivery all over Nepal and also have digital payments like eSewa transfer, but we are planning for more payment methods to integrate in the future.

It depends on the place where you live, our estimated time is 2-5 days, if you live in a major city area it will be delivered same-day.

We offer free delivery for most of the products in our store for over Rs.999. For faster shipping, It depends on the product and location. You can see the respective products while you choose a location for shipping.

We accept only Nepali currency, as we only ship in Nepal. We don't ship outside of Nepal for now.

There is no warranty on our clothing products.

No, At this point we don't offer any fast shipping methods.
