Cancellation policy

Cancellations made before shipping a product can be done via the website or our mobile app or you can reject the order while taking delivery.

We don't take any penalty to process any time of cancellation of a product unless it's a digital product where cancellation is not possible.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for In-House products. Pickups are public at our warehouse.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

 

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

  • Standard Delivery (2-5 Days) - Rs.100 - Rs.300

 

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Once you complete the order we will update you through push notifications for every process of shipping details or you can simply use our app to track your orders.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
